Preparation of leek, lentil, and grapefruit amuse-bouches.

This work draws on the conventions of cooking shows and live recipe demonstrations - similar to those seen at markets - and invites the audience to take part in a shared culinary experience. Blending performative narration with food preparation, the piece explores the kitchen as both a stage and a site of collective interaction.
